About Me
Alejandra is an ambitious Peruvian actress currently based in Toronto. She believes that storytelling is one of the most valuable gifts to humanity. Her passion for acting started when she was 12 years old, in her school plays, and she is very grateful to be where she is now, 13 years later; having graduated from York University’s conservatory program and navigating her way through life, auditions, and honing her craft each day.
Her experience of having her heart call two different places “home”, and constantly traveling back and forth, inspires her to want to share (and sometimes write) stories about nostalgia, the passing of time, the human experience, persistence, love, family and faith. Stories that strengthen human connection, empathy, and inspire others to not give up, to always strive to do better, and to know they are not alone.
